Join us for Treats & Sweets on Downtown Streets in Perry on Halloween! Dress up and trick-or-treat with your family. Kids can compete in the Children’s Costume Contest! Businesses along Carroll St. (including Gottwals Books) will be passing out candy!

6:00 P.M. Costume Contest on the Square
